CLOSURE 2015

the other side of the planet. A very strong feeling that we are connected in this world, so I´m not alone. A very strong feeling that I can make a difference in the world. Who I really are in my fullest, I don´t feel alone in this world, I´m part of the Universe, and the Universe is a part of myself. We are all bonded. It´s a feeling of coming home in myself. To a place where my heart is full and my soul is understood. I have more energy, the world is mine. I feel happy. I embrace the cosmic power inside me. I´m a part of something bigger than me. Its a fundamental shift in my life. You can't love someone else if you don't love yourself. Until you revel your light and your darkness, your past and your present, for if they don't fully know you they'll never be able to fully love you. I change old habits and start living in a universal time. It´s the seeds of hope; a new body, a new mind and a new perspective of life.
Serving the poor women and girls at the grass root in Uganda for 10 years, I have witness a lot of strength by the women to cope with a harsh reality. I admire them.
And I have learned a lot about myself. About my resilience.
Resilience is that ineffable quality that allows some people to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever. Rather than letting failure overcome them and drain their resolve, they find a way to rise from the ashes. Psychologists have identified some of the factors that make someone resilient, among them a positive attitude, optimism, the ability to regulate emotions, and the ability to see failure as a form of helpful feedback. Even after misfortune, resilient people are blessed with such an outlook that they are able to change course and soldier on. My journey in Uganda has made me more fearless and brave, open my heart and made me happy with myself. That is what life is all about.
It´s my drop in the ocean. I served 10 years for someone on the other side of the planet less fortunate than me. I hope God is looking at me with a smile and say: Bitten, you did a pretty good job, because it was all about unconditional love. But what I learned by this is to love my self. So it was worth all the work.

Ending 2015: What I have learned by working
with a larger purpose in my life in Africa is self care and self love, a kind
of a second birth. It has been a great transformation for me, where I have
learned to be brave and fearless, using my cosmic love to connect myself and
feeding my compassion. My old inner shadows have vanished, and I can feel the
energy to make a difference. The knowledge of my inner potential by committing
myself for ten years in helping needy people on the other side of the
planet. A very strong feeling that we are connected in this world, so I´m not
alone. A very strong feeling that I can make a difference in the world. Who I
really are in my fullest, I dont feel alone in this world, I´m part of the

Only from your heart you can touch the sky
I´m happy to close my work in Uganda for 10 years. It was a great adventure that changed my life in so many ways. I have learned a lot about the world and myself. Me and my friends have made a positive impact to make people improve their lives. When I leave the program it will be very well taken care of.

It's not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving. The things we give to needy people can make a life. I got many new friends along the journey that means a lot to me. I´m so grateful for it.

Now I need to move on. In 2016 I will start a new adventure in my life. I will go with the flow. I still have some dreams to pursue.

Nothing in life worth having comes easy. You only grow outside your comfort zone. When a big change occurs in your life, it forces you to change direction. Sometimes the new path may not be easy, but you can be absolutely certain that there is magnificence for you on the new path.

When we look back at negative events that occurred in the past, we often see how in fact it transformed our life. We see how that event directed us toward a life that we would not change for anything.

Keep your inner light shining. Things are much upside down in this world that create a lot of darkness. Smile, you don't own all the problems in the world.
Be kind to yourself. There are no others like you. You are both unique and good enough. If you team up with yourself, it's amazing what you can accomplish. You only find sustainable happiness in serving others.

I hope that you won't dim your inner light. I promise I will keep my light shining.
I like to think of myself as a wealthy woman, one who has positively affected the lives of many people. That has made me truly rich. Thank you for your friendship.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
